BYN Beauty Custom Order Return and Exchange Policy
At BYN Beauty, every custom press-on nail set is a personalized commission created specifically for you, based on your Younique preferences for size, shape, color, and design. Due to the highly customized nature of these orders, we cannot offer refunds or returns once your order is completed and shipped. However, we understand that your satisfaction is essential, so we offer a one-time exchange option under specific conditions.
Why We Cannot Accept Returns on Custom Orders
Each custom nail set is handcrafted to meet your specific requests, making it Youniquely yours. Unlike ready-made items, custom sets cannot be resold or repurposed. The time, materials, and artistry invested in creating your custom set are tailored exclusively for you, which is why refunds are not possible.
Exchange Policy for Custom Orders
Eligibility for Exchange
• Exchanges are available if you are unhappy with the design of your custom set.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• This policy applies only to unused and unaltered sets. Sets with adhesive tabs or glue applied are not eligible for exchange.
Keeping the Original Set
• Since custom sets are made specifically for you and cannot be resold, you are welcome to keep your original set while we create a new one.
Redesign Fee
• A redesign fee will apply to cover the cost of materials and time. The fee will be determined based on the level of design adjustments requested (e.g., 50% of the original price).
• Design updates must be agreed upon before production of the new set begins.
Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the new set.
Production Timeline
• Once the redesign fee is paid and design details are finalized, your new set will be created and shipped within our standard production timeline.
Ensuring Your Satisfaction
To help ensure your custom order is exactly as you envisioned:
1. We confirm all order details with you before beginning production.
2. We offer a free sizing replacement for up to four nails on your first set, should you experience fit issues.
3. Our team is available to provide guidance on sizing, style, and design choices during the consultation process.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your custom order arrives damaged or differs from the agreed-upon design, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to find an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or repair, depending on the circumstances.

• Exchanges are a one-time courtesy to ensure you love your nails.
