How to Request a Custom Nail Design

Have a full design in mind, a few inspiration photos, or just a colour palette? Tell us what you’re imagining. You can request a custom design in whichever way works best for you.
What to include in your request
- Choose your shape and length. Tell us the nail shape and length you’d like, such as short round or medium almond.
- Share your nail sizes. Include sizes for all five fingers on each hand, clearly labelled left and right. If you need help with sizing or shape, ask us.
- Describe your dream set. Include colours, finishes, patterns, accent nails, which design goes on which finger, and any inspiration photos. Tell us what you love about each reference and what you’d change.
- Tell us what you don’t want. No gems? No matte finish? A colour you’d rather avoid? Those details are just as helpful.
- Add anything else that matters. An occasion, a mood, how closely you want us to follow a photo, or where you’re happy for us to get creative. The more detail, the better!

No matter which way you reach out, include your shape, length, sizes and design details so we can understand your vision. We will respond to confirm everything together before directing you to the right design tier to checkout with. Once your order is paid and confirmed, you’ve secured your spot and we will get to work!
