2026 Shipping Update

All custom orders are handmade and shipped from Nelson, BC, Canada.

🇨🇦 Canadian Shipping

We currently ship all Canadian orders via Canada Post.

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days before shipping. Once your order has been handed off to Canada Post, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.

Please note: We are not responsible for shipping delays once a package has been shipped, including delays caused by weather, peak shipping seasons, or carrier disruptions.

⏰ Ordering for a Specific Date

If you need your nails by a specific date, please make sure to:

  • Place your order with enough time for both our 3–5 business day processing time AND shipping transit time

  • Reach out to us before ordering if you are unsure whether your timeline is achievable

We strongly recommend ordering early, especially during busy seasons, to avoid disappointment.

📬 Carrier Changes

At this time, Canada Post is operating normally and we have not experienced delivery issues.

However, if there are ever significant service disruptions, we may temporarily switch carriers to ensure orders continue to move efficiently. Any changes will be communicated clearly on this page and across our website.

Because each set is custom-made just for you, we are unable to rush production beyond our stated processing time. Planning ahead is the best way to ensure your nails arrive when you need them.

🇺🇸 U.S. Shipping

We’re happy to share that U.S. shipping has officially reopened!
All U.S. orders are currently shipped via Canada Post (typically in partnership with USPS) with a carrier calculated fee shown at checkout.

After extensive research into U.S. import classifications, our soft gel press-on nails appear to qualify as handmade goods, which are typically duty-exempt under CUSMA (USMCA).

To keep things smooth and transparent, all applicable duties and taxes are now calculated and prepaid at checkout.

Please note: While we do everything possible to ensure accurate classification, final customs decisions are beyond our control. If U.S. Customs applies unexpected fees after arrival, the customer will be responsible for those charges.

  • Canadian Orders: Shipping via Canada Post
    → Will immediately switch to Purolator if strike activity increases

  • U.S. Orders: Canada Post + USPS, flat rate, duties & taxes prepaid at checkout

  • Processing Time: Handmade orders ship in 3–5 business days
