If you've already purchased a sizing kit for one nail shape, there's no need to buy another for different styles! Simply let us know which sizing kit you used in your Custom Sizing notes, and we’ll ensure your next set is perfectly sized for you.
That said, it's important to note that different nail shapes (like oval vs. stiletto, or square vs. coffin) can fit differently, even if the size number is the same. Some shapes may feel more snug or more spacious depending on the design and curvature of your nail bed. While your size might match across shapes, we recommend trying out the specific shape to ensure the fit feels just right. Please refer to the banner above for the most current creation timeline. Custom designs typically take 5 to 7 business days to create, as we put our heart into every detail. If your order includes non-custom items like Buy & Apply Sets, Sizing Kits, Prep Kits, Sticky Tabs, or Size & Shape Kits, these will ship within 2 to 3 business days.
Once your order is ready to ship, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
