• Details about your design(s), inspo pics are welcome!
• Your chosen shape and length
• Your nail sizes
• Anything other important details we should know

The more clear you are, the smoother the process will be.
*please make sure the sizes provided are from the sizing kit that matches your chosen shape & length

Submit Your Request

Once you’re ready, reach out via the Custom Request Form, Instagram DM or email for a custom request or solid colour set. Designs found on our website can be purchased directly through the website (if orders are full they will be marked as sold out).

Custom spots open every Monday at 8am PST and remain open until our 25 weekly set limit is reached.

Design Review & Confirmation

We review requests in the order they are received.

Once we confirm your design details we will let you know what to add to your cart to finalize your order.

Your order is only confirmed once your invoice has been paid.

Double Check Before Payment

Please carefully review your sizes, shape, design details, and any notes before completing payment.

All sets are custom made just for you and cannot be changed once confirmed.

Processing & Shipping

We fulfill orders Monday through Friday.

All packages ship by Friday. Shipping time depends on the method chosen at checkout.
You will receive an email once your package has been shipped.
