Canada Post Strike

Canada Post is currently on strike across the country and is not accepting or delivering parcels. To ensure your orders still reach you, we’ve shifted our shipping operations to trusted private carriers.

Canada-Wide Shipping with Purolator

We are now shipping all Canadian orders with Purolator.

  • To keep things simple and predictable, we’re moving to flat-rate shipping fees based on your location.

  • We’ve divided Canada into three shipping zones:

Zone 1: British Columbia & Alberta

Zone 2: Saskatchewan & Manitoba

Zone 3: Ontario → East Coast + Territories

👉 Please select the correct flat-rate option at checkout based on your shipping address.

Note: Flat-rate prices are subject to change if carrier costs increase. We’ll always update this page if adjustments are made.

U.S. Shipping with UPS

We are preparing to resume U.S. shipping through UPS. At the moment, shipments to the United States are on hold while we confirm how our hand-painted press-on nails are classified under the CUSMA (USMCA) trade agreement.

This step is important to ensure our products are shipped correctly and that customers do not face surprise duties or price increases. Once confirmed, we’ll reopen U.S. shipping with clear rates and timelines.

Local Pickup & Delivery Options (Coming Soon!)

To better serve our local community — especially with the holidays coming up — we’re planning to expand our pickup and delivery options:

  • Nelson, BC: Free local pickup and select local delivery options.

  • Kelowna, BC: Free local pickup and limited local delivery options.

You’ll see these options at checkout when your postal code qualifies. If you believe you fall into the "local" category but do not see these options available to you, please send us an email.
