Custom Order Policy

BYN Beauty — Effective 2026

Every BYN Beauty set is a one-of-a-kind, handcrafted commission made exclusively for you. Because of this, all sales are final — we do not offer returns or refunds on custom orders. We take great care to set every client up for success before a single nail is made, and this policy reflects the nature of personalized, made-to-order artistry.

Sizing responsibility

To eliminate fit concerns entirely, all clients must complete our mandatory sizing kit process before their custom set is produced. Your sizing kit gives you the opportunity to confirm your perfect fit at home, on your schedule.

Because sizing is confirmed by you prior to production, we are unable to offer refunds, replacements, or adjustments for sizing issues after your set has been created and shipped.

Design satisfaction

Every custom set goes through a thorough design consultation before production begins. We confirm all details — shape, color, length, and design direction — with you in writing before a single nail is made.

Because design is a collaborative and agreed-upon process, refunds are not available once your set has been produced. However, if you are unhappy with an aspect of your design upon receiving your order, we encourage you to contact us. We are always open to a conversation and will do our best to find a solution on a case-by-case basis.

In some situations, a redesign may be possible. A redesign fee (typically 50% of the original order price) would apply to cover materials and artistry, and your original set is yours to keep.

Chrome nail replacements

Chrome finishes require a little extra love. We stand behind our craftsmanship — but chrome is uniquely vulnerable to chipping when nails are used as tools (opening packages, scraping surfaces, etc.), which falls outside the scope of normal wear.

Free individual nail replacement: If a chrome nail chips within the first 7 days of wear under normal conditions, contact us and we will send a replacement nail at no charge.

Chips resulting from using nails as tools or other improper use are not eligible for replacement. We know it can be hard to break old habits — just treat your nails like the art they are!
