Sizing Kit Policy
Important Update Effective January 5, 2026
As of January 5, 2026, a sizing kit is required for every shape and length on all custom orders.
• Sizes must be taken from the same shape and length as the custom order
• Size conversions between shapes and lengths are no longer offered
This policy is in place to ensure proper fit, comfort, and nail health.
Sizing Kit Discounts
We understand that this requirement can feel like a large investment, so we offer the following discounts to help.
Multiple sizing kit discount
• Buy one sizing kit at regular price
• Receive up to 5 additional sizing kits at fifty percent off
First custom order discount
• Receive ten dollars off your first custom nail order
• This equals the regular cost of one sizing kit
Why a Sizing Kit Is Required for Every Shape and Length
Press on nail sizes are not transferable between shapes and lengths, even when the size number appears the same.
Each shape and length is different, which affects the way the nail fits on your natural nail.
What You Need to Know
Each shape and length fits differently
• Differences in inner curve, width, and taper point
• Nail sizes can vary by one to three sizes between styles
Size numbers do not equal the same fit
• A short round size is different from a medium round
• A medium almond size is different from a short almond
• A medium almond size is different from a medium square
Matching Your Sizing Kit to Your Order
Your sizing kit must match your custom order exactly.
• Ordering short round requires a short round sizing kit
• Ordering medium almond requires a medium almond sizing kit
We use the sizes you submit exactly as provided and assume they were taken from the matching shape and length.
Why Size Conversions Are No Longer Offered
Millimeter measurements do not always transfer accurately between shapes and lengths.
• One size may be too large
• The next size may feel tight or uncomfortable
This can result in poor fit, early pop offs, or pressure on the natural nail.
